We picked Côtes de Provence Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, & Rolle grapes from cooler high altitude upper Provence top vineyards of Saint Antonin, Entrecasteaux, Carcès, Pourrières, La Londe-les-Mures. Grenache for red fruit and white pepper notes, Cinsault for softness and aroma, Syrah for body and colour, and Rolle to give fresh acidity and liveliness. The synergy of amazing inputs.
